From Spokane, take Hwy 395 past Deer Park to Loon Lake.  At Loon Lake, turn left onto Hwy 292 towards Springdale. At Springdale, turn left again onto Hwy 231 towards Reardon.  Drive about 11.5 miles and turn left on Corkscrew Canyon Rd. Drive for about 3 miles and then turn left on to a gravel road.  Go another .9 miles.  You will come to a "Y" intersection.  Take the right fork and watch for a sign on your left with a road going up a faily steep hill.  The sign is kind of hard to see because of dead tree branches. Turn on this road and go up the hill.  You will see another sign on a tree at the top of the hill.
